# Promotions and vouchers

> Create offers, choose their conditions, and share codes with your guests.

Use promotions for percentage or money discounts on the whole order or selected items. Choose when an offer is available and whether staff or guests can select it, or a code is required. The order must meet the promotion’s conditions.

  Owners and Managers create and manage promotions. Staff can redeem eligible codes at the point of sale; browsing the web app’s offer list currently requires Owner or Manager access. Guests can only use offers that are visible to them and meet the conditions.
