Use the booking list to find a particular reservation or review a group of visits. Search, dates, and selected statuses work together, so an empty result does not necessarily mean the booking was removed.

Who can do this?

Owners, Managers, and Staff can search and view bookings for their shop.

Where

Open Bookings in the web app and choose List. Confirm the selected shop before searching.

Find a reservation

  1. Enter the guest’s name, email, phone number, or booking number in search. Notes and visit details can also match. A short number may match more than one type of detail, so check the guest and date before opening a result.
  2. Use the date picker to select one visit day or a range. A single date means that day; a range includes its first and last day.
  3. Open the status filter and select the statuses you need: Confirmed, Pending, Archived, Denied, or No show. At least one status must stay selected; Reset selects all five. Use the filter rather than typing a translated status word.
  4. Review the results and use the page controls to continue. The list shows up to 20 bookings per page. Search covers matching bookings beyond the current page. Changing search, dates, or statuses returns to page one.
  5. Select the intended booking to open its details. Check its guest, time, and current status before making a change.

Sort and broaden the results

On wider screens, select a sortable column heading such as booking number, date, time, or party size. Select it again to reverse the order. Sorting changes the order of the current page only; it does not arrange every matching booking across all pages. The guest column is not a sorting control. For a missing booking, remove the search text, clear the date selection, and include the relevant statuses. A link opened from another screen can initially show only pending or confirmed bookings. Check that filter before assuming other visits are absent.

Platform and market notes

These instructions describe the web list. Narrow screens show booking cards instead of the full table, so some column controls are unavailable. Calendar search narrows the bookings loaded for its date range. Its Pending requests panel also searches pending and denied bookings outside that range, independently of the status filter. That panel loads only up to 1,000 requests; use List for a broader search. Both supported markets use the same approach, with localized labels and date displays.

Troubleshooting

Try a name or contact detail if a number returns unrelated matches. Check the visit date rather than the day the reservation was created. Wait for loading to finish, and retry a failed load before treating the view as empty. If the booking is still missing after clearing filters and checking the shop, contact Tapp support with the booking details you have.
