Open a guest profile to review the person’s contact details and activity at your shop. Check their name and contact information before using the history, particularly when several guests have similar names.

Who can do this?

Owners, Managers, and Staff can view guest profiles and linked activity for their shop. Editing or deleting the profile requires an Owner or Manager. A profile in another shop is separate, even if it represents the same person.

Where

In the web app, select the shop, open Guests, and choose a row. The guest details open in a panel beside the list.

Review the profile

  1. Check the About information, including name, guest number, email, and phone where available.
  2. Use the phone or email control only if you want to open the corresponding contact app.
  3. Review the order count and Total spent. Spend is shown separately for each currency and includes paid or completed orders.
  4. Choose the last 30, 90, or 365 days to change the order list and order totals. The panel initially uses 365 days.
  5. Select an order to open its details in History.
  6. Review the booking dates, times, party sizes, and statuses. Select a booking to open it in Bookings.
The order period does not filter the booking list in this panel. Each list shows at most 50 entries. Use History or Bookings to look for older or missing activity rather than treating the panel as a complete record.

Understand the figures

The order count includes more than paid orders, so it need not match the number contributing to spending. The rating is based on order feedback. If the chosen period has no rating, the panel can show the guest’s broader shop rating or zero; that display does not prove a zero-rated review was received. The order period uses the date the order was created. Paying or completing an older order does not move it into a newer creation period. The order count and spending totals cover all matching orders in the selected period, including those beyond the 50 entries loaded in the panel.

Platform and market notes

These steps describe the web app in both supported markets. Check the currency beside each amount. A guest association helps find activity; opening the profile does not change an order or booking.

Troubleshooting

If an item is missing, check the shop, order period, and list limits. Find the item directly in History or Bookings and check its guest. Contact Tapp support if an expected association remains missing. An empty activity list or a dash in the totals can also appear while information is loading or when loading fails. Check the connection, reload the page and reopen the guest before concluding that there is no activity.
