Staff can view the team list for a shop they belong to. Reading the list does not give permission to invite people, change another person’s details or role, remove team members, or move them to another shop.

Who can do this?

Owners, Managers, and Staff can read the shop’s team list. Owners and Managers administer team membership, with additional restrictions when the person being changed is an Owner. Staff should ask an Owner or Manager to make those changes.

Where

In the web app, select your shop and open Staff. Select a person to open their details in a side panel. Reading a profile and viewing every type of performance information are separate: some information can be unavailable for your role.

Check your access

  1. Confirm the shop shown in the app. Your role can be different in another shop.
  2. Open Staff and find the person in the team list. Search by their name or contact details if needed.
  3. Select the person to review their displayed contact information, role, and note. Close the panel to return to the list.
  4. If you need to change team membership or profile details, ask an Owner or Manager. Seeing an edit or removal control does not mean your account can complete the action.
  5. If your role needs to change, have an Owner or Manager check your membership. Ownership changes require an Owner.
  6. After a role change, refresh the app and confirm the shop again. If the old access remains, sign out and back in before contacting support.

Platform and market notes

These steps describe the web app. The mobile app presents team information with a different layout. Shop membership and team-administration permissions apply in both Great Britain and Germany. Changing the app language does not change your role.

Troubleshooting

An empty or failed team list is not an expected consequence of being Staff. Check that you are signed in, have selected the intended shop, and still belong to its team. Refresh after a connection problem. A failure in an invitation or performance section does not necessarily mean that the team list itself is unavailable. Check which part of the page failed. Ask an Owner or Manager to confirm your access, and contact Tapp support if the problem continues. Use your own account; do not borrow another person’s login to access restricted controls. Sales figures require an Owner or Manager. If the sales card shows zero while information is unavailable or still loading, do not treat that as confirmation that the person made no sales. Ask an Owner or Manager to check the figures for the same shop and period.
