Use platform billing to check your German business’s subscription and the actions currently available for it. Read the dates and amounts shown for your own account before making a change. Changing the selected shop does not create a separate subscription for that shop.

Who can do this?

The business owner manages platform billing. Being an Owner of a shop alone does not necessarily make you the owner of its business. Managers and Staff cannot manage this subscription. Billing can be available during setup before the business has its first shop.

Where

In the web app, open Settings → Platform billing for your German business. If you are still completing setup, use the billing action offered by the setup checklist.

Review the subscription

  1. Read the subscription status and any trial, renewal, access-end, or commitment date shown.
  2. If no active subscription is available, use the offered subscription action. Review the details in the billing checkout and complete the steps there.
  3. After returning to Tapp, wait for confirmation and use Refresh status. Returning from checkout alone does not prove that billing setup finished.
  4. For an existing subscription, use Manage subscription to open the billing portal and review the account details available there.
  5. Check any additional-shop section separately. It can show chargeable shops, recorded shop-days, the displayed daily rate, and an accrued amount. A dash means that the usage or amount is unavailable; it does not mean zero. Read the displayed values for your billing account. This guide does not promise a fixed price.

Schedule or reverse cancellation

When Cancel plan is offered, open it and read the confirmation and effective date before confirming. Cancellation is scheduled; it does not necessarily end access immediately. Check the updated status and the displayed access-end date afterward. If a cancellation is scheduled and Keep my plan is available, use it to reverse that scheduled cancellation. Refresh the status to confirm the result. A successful cancellation or keep-plan action can take time to appear in the status; check again before repeating it. An already ended subscription can require the subscription action instead; do not assume that keeping a plan is always available.

Platform and market notes

This guide describes the German business billing page in the web app. Great Britain shops do not use this billing page. Interface language does not determine the business’s billing market. Adding another German shop can require a separate review of additional-shop charges before creation.

Troubleshooting

If access is refused, confirm that you are using the business owner’s account. If checkout was cancelled or confirmation did not finish, refresh the status before starting again. After a cancellation or resume error, check the saved subscription state rather than repeatedly submitting the same action. Contact Tapp support with the displayed status and the time of the problem if it remains unclear.
