Open a team member’s details to check their contact information and role, then review the performance information available to your account. Always confirm the shop and person before comparing amounts.

Who can do this?

Owners, Managers, and Staff can read the team list and profile details. Sales figures on this screen require Owner or Manager access. Owners and Managers can view team members’ tip shares; Staff can view only their own tip share. Permission to read a profile does not give permission to edit it. Ask an Owner or Manager for changes to team membership or another person’s details.

Where

In the web app, select your shop and open Staff. Select a person in the list to open their details in the side panel.

Review the profile

  1. Check the person’s name, email, phone number, role, and note. A dash in a contact field means no value is shown.
  2. Review the average rating when present. A dash in the rating field does not mean a zero-star review.
  3. Under the statistics heading, choose the last 7, 30, 90, or 365 days. The panel starts with the last 30 days. Changing this period does not change the contact information or role.
  4. If authorized, review sales attributed to orders completed by that person. Refunded orders affect this figure. Do not interpret it as every order they created or served.
  5. Review the tip card separately. It shows the person’s net allocated share, including recorded reversals, rather than all tips collected on their orders. It does not show the sales card’s percentage comparison.
  6. Confirm the shop currency and selected period before comparing people or sharing a total.

Platform and market notes

These steps describe the current web side panel. The mobile app has a different details layout. The selected shop determines the currency in Great Britain and Germany. Sales and tip shares describe different activity and should not be assumed to use identical timing or attribution. The average rating covers the person’s recorded ratings for this shop and is not filtered by the statistics period. Tip shares enter the selected period when the share or reversal is recorded, which can be later than the order itself. Sales use calendar-day boundaries, while the tip card uses a rolling period. Matching period labels therefore do not guarantee matching cut-off times.

Troubleshooting

The sales card can display zero while information is loading or unavailable, including when Staff lack permission. Do not treat that displayed zero alone as proof that the person made no sales. Ask an Owner or Manager to check the figure. The tip card distinguishes loading, unavailable access, and a loading error. Use its retry action after an error. If you are Staff, open your own profile to see your share. If the person is missing, check the shop, clear the search, and refresh the list. Contact Tapp support if an authorized view continues to fail.
