Choose a reporting period on Overview to review your shop’s recent performance. Keep the same shop and period selected when comparing figures, and read each card’s label before drawing a conclusion.

Who can do this?

Owners and Managers can use the complete dashboard. Staff may see some figures but do not have access to every shop-wide report.

Where to do it

Open Overview in the web app. The period selector appears near the top of the dashboard.

Select a reporting period

  1. Confirm the selected shop.
  2. Open the current period control.
  3. Choose Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days or Last 365 days.
  4. Wait for the cards and charts to finish loading.
  5. Hover over a chart point to read its value and displayed day or week label.
  6. Read the comparison displayed beside a figure together with the main value.
Overview starts with the last 30 days. If you leave it open overnight, reload the page before reviewing the new day; its date range does not automatically advance at midnight. The Analytics area has its own period selector, so check it again when moving into a more detailed report. Chart points remain daily values even when the 90-day and 365-day views label them with week numbers. A repeated week label does not mean the points are weekly totals.

Read the main figures

  • Sales volume and Orders count orders that are currently completed, using their completion date. An order that is paid but not completed is not included. Refunded orders are excluded from these headline totals.
  • Tips collected shows collected tips separately, using the date they were collected. This is not a payout total.
  • Average order value shows the sales total divided by the corresponding order count.
  • Bookings counts bookings that are currently confirmed and were created in the selected window. It does not count visits scheduled to take place in that window.
  • Ratings summarizes the available order ratings; it does not mean every order received a rating.
The headline totals and comparisons do not always use the same calculation. Sales comparisons account for refunds. Order-count and average-order comparisons use submission dates for completed orders, while their headline values use completion dates. An order submitted one day and completed another can therefore affect them differently. Do not use the comparison to reconstruct a previous headline total. A percentage next to a total describes a comparison, not that figure’s share of all sales. An average can change even when the total rises, because the number of orders also changes.

Platform and market notes

This selector changes the web dashboard’s reporting window. It does not change a guest’s order or filters on another page. Amounts use the selected shop’s currency. Check the currency as well as the period when comparing locations. In the mobile Analytics revenue report, the chart uses its selected period. The Turnover cards keep their own Today, This week, This month and This year windows, based on the shop’s calendar; the week starts on Monday. Changing the chart period does not change those windows. A selected chart point shows that point’s amount instead of the whole chart total, so read the date beneath it. Turnover card footers can show an average per transaction; they are hidden when a category name is selected.

Troubleshooting

A zero value or +0.00% comparison can also appear when information is missing after a failed load. Refresh and compare with the relevant detailed report before treating it as a measured result. A loading dash is not a finished result. Wait for the relevant card to load. If a period is empty, check the shop and try a longer period. Open History to inspect specific orders behind your sales activity. If an access message appears, check your role before treating the missing information as zero business activity.
