Use the list to find a reservation across dates and the calendar to understand the schedule for a day or week. Both views show bookings for the selected shop, but their search and date controls cover different sets of visits.

Who can do this?

Owners, Managers, and Staff can use these booking views.

Where

Open Bookings in the web app and choose List or Calendar near the top of the page.

Review the list

Choose List for names, visit details, tables, and statuses. On wider screens, bookings appear in a table; narrow screens show cards. Select a row or card to open its details. Table labels appear for pending and confirmed bookings. When assigned tables match a saved combined table, the list uses its combined name. A dash or blank table field alone does not prove that no table was assigned: check the booking details and allow table names to finish loading. Search and date/status filters help find visits across the shop’s records. Use the page controls for more results. Column sorting applies to the current page only, so use dates and search to narrow a large result set before comparing bookings.

Plan with the calendar

  1. Choose Calendar, then Day or Week.
  2. Move to the period you need using the calendar’s navigation. Wait for bookings to finish loading before assessing the schedule.
  3. Check the selected statuses and any search text. Calendar search narrows the visits loaded for the displayed period, rather than searching every booking in the shop.
  4. Select a booking on the calendar to open its details. A block containing several bookings opens a chooser; select the intended guest. Check the guest and time before taking an action.
Bookings with the same status and exact start/end times can share a calendar block. This grouping does not mean they share a table. Review table assignments before treating a visual overlap as a seating conflict.

Review the request panel

The panel alongside the calendar contains pending and denied bookings across dates, independently of the displayed day or week. On smaller screens it appears above the calendar. Selecting a request moves the calendar to its date without opening details or clearing filters. If it remains hidden, include its status and clear the search. After loading, select the request again or find it in List. This panel loads up to 1,000 requests and the search box narrows that loaded set. Its count is not a complete count of all bookings. Use List with the relevant statuses and page controls if you need a complete review.

Platform and market notes

These instructions describe the web app. The mobile app has separate booking screens and navigation. Both supported markets use the same web views with translated labels. Confirm the shop and displayed visit date when switching between venues.

Troubleshooting

If a booking is missing, clear search text, check statuses, and navigate to its date. The list’s selected date range does not determine the calendar’s visible period. The calendar loads at most 50,000 bookings for a requested range and warns if more remain. If loading fails or a limit warning appears, use the list to find the required booking rather than assuming the schedule is empty. Refresh and check the saved status after an action before repeating it.
